Most of us in the 195th District rely on SEPTA to get us where we’re going. Whether it’s work or errands or fun, public transportation affects all of us at some point.
I believe that Pennsylvania must partner with Philadelphia to ensure that we all have access to safe, affordable and convenient mass transportation. I ride the 48 bus every day to get to work, and walked every day during last year’s strike.
When in Harrisburg, I will work to make sure SEPTA gets a fair shake from the commonwealth. It is the right thing to do for the citizens of Philadelphia and the right thing to do for the environment
